EM-Power Europe 2026 once again confirmed its role as one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to the digital transformation of the energy sector.
Throughout the exhibition, i-EM had the opportunity to meet customers, partners, and industry professionals to discuss the challenges and opportunities driving the energy transition. The conversations highlighted the increasing demand for digital platforms capable of integrating forecasting, simulation, optimization, and operational intelligence across the entire lifecycle of energy assets.
A key highlight of this year’s event was the presence of i-EM’s microgrid/smartgrid simulation technology at the ABB stand. ABB currently integrates i-EM’s simulation engine into its microgrid design solution, supporting the sizing and technical evaluation of customer projects through advanced simulation capabilities. Looking ahead, this collaboration is expected to evolve further by integrating advanced optimization capabilities for distributed energy resources and supporting participation in emerging electricity flexibility markets.
